The Legal Aid Society of Santa Clara County under this program advocates on behalf of children with special learning needs in order to ensure that the children are in productive, supportive and nurturing learning environments.

The Project provides consultations, direct advocacy, and representation for families with children with special needs to work with the public schools in designing individual education plans for the student. This program works in conjunction with CASE (Community Alliance for Special Education).
